BidLotWizard is a digital lotting and cataloging tool designed to help auctioneers and auction professionals create, organize, and export auction lots more efficiently. The platform allows users to capture photos, record descriptions, duplicate similar lots, and export catalog data for use on third-party auction platforms.
BidLotWizard does not host auctions, process bids, collect payments, or interact directly with buyers. We provide software tools only.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BidLotWizard. By using the service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Any actions taken using your account are considered your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.
3. Free Trial and Purchases
BidLotWizard may offer a free trial with limited functionality, including but not limited to a maximum number of lots. Trial terms may change at any time without notice.
Paid access, including lifetime licenses, grants you the right to use the software as described at the time of purchase. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product as offered by the company, not the lifetime of the user.
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. License and Acceptable Use
BidLotWizard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for lawful business purposes related to auction preparation and cataloging.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
5. User Content and Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload, including photos, descriptions, audio recordings, and exported files.
By using BidLotWizard, you grant us permission to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your auction data.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you create and export using the platform.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Exports
BidLotWizard may generate files compatible with third-party auction platforms. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee acceptance of exported files by any third-party service.
You acknowledge that auction platforms may change their requirements at any time. BidLotWizard is not responsible for rejected uploads, formatting changes, or platform-specific issues.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep BidLotWizard available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime, maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occur.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, trademarks, logos, and website content associated with BidLotWizard are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
