How It Works

• Name your auction in the app, then start taking photos. After you photo each lot, you can choose to use the keyboard to enter a description or click the microphone and speak directly into your phone and give an accurate description of the lot.
• Click NEXT and move to the next lot, taking as many photos as you like and then click the microphone to give an accurate description of this lot.
• Continue until you have taken photos and given descriptions of all lots.
• If you have multiple lots of the same item, simply click the DUPLICATE button and it will generate the next lot to be the same as the previous.
• You also have the capability to research an item online and then cut and paste a more detailed description into the description box or spreadsheet if a more complex description is called for.

Once you have entered all the lots of the auction, you can click on EXPORT and a .csv file will be generated, all the photos will be renamed to be accepted as an upload into your favorite auction platform and you are ready to move to the auction platform to launch your auction.
